      Hi @jimbo37,

      To fix the issue, you can set only set the height and width for iframes. Dynamic height adjustments are not directly supported.

      If you need to implement dynamic height adjustments, you'll need to run custom scripts during the iframe loading process to calculate and adjust the height accordingly.

      Please make sure you are entering your credentials correctly.

      If issue still remains unsolved, please confirm that your Website contact email is from the same domain which you are trying to configure.
      Go to Preferences > Store Contacts and then check under Contact Details for Shop Email.

      We would like to inform you that the rooms booked by your guests will be free on the date of checkout only irrespective of the checkout time in QloApps.

      This helps to free the room for booking on checkout day by another guest.

      The check-in and check-out times are managed by the hotel only.

      The check-out time of the hotel will always be less than the check-in time.

      The significance of check-out time is to aware your guest about your hotel's check-out time by displaying it on the website.

      Through QloApps’s Feature Price Rules, Admin can set different price plans for the customers depending on the date, date range and days.
      With QloApps’s Feature Price Rule function, Admin can set different price plans as per:

      Specific Date Weekend or Special days Date Range

      Thank you for your help.

      I changed the text in hotel-reservation-theme>partials>booking-form.tpl but it had no effect. When I changed the text back to the default text and added a translation it worked.

      Go to php.ini and set both memory_limit and upload_max_filesize to 128 or 256. I think the installation check for memory_limit in upload_max_filesize value.

      QloApps supports MariaDB version 10.6.14.

      The problem you're encountering is a result of an external Softaculous script running before the installation of QloApps on their system. It's important to note that this error is not originating from QloApps itself.
      To address and resolve this issue, we recommend reaching out to the Softaculous support team.

      This issue might occur due to the web server timeout. Please ask your service provider to set the webserver timeout to 300

      Also, I would request you to check if the installation requirements are correctly fulfilled.

      Issue - Property Category->link_rewrite is empty.

      It looks like you are using accented (non-latin) characters in the city, state names while creating Hotel.
      So for this, you have to enable the "Accented URL" option from Preferences -> SEO & URLs tab https://prnt.sc/rygvjh.

      After this save the hotel again and try to search again.

      Till QloApps version 1.6.0, the supported version of Apache is 2.2 and In the WampServer 3.3.5, the provided version of Apache is 2.4.

      We suggest you please use a WampServer version that has Apache version 2.2.

      We replicate the issue at our end, got the same error you were getting while connecting cloud SQL database with qloapps :-

      Storage engine MyISAM is disabled (Table creation is disallowed).

      Here is the workaround of your problem:-

      Open the file located at :- PATH_TO_QLOAPPS_FILES/classes/db/DbMySQLi.php
      look for this funtion :-
      checkCreatePrivilege($server, $user, $pwd, $db, $prefix, $engine = null)

      under this look for -

      if ($engine === null) {
      $engine = 'MyISAM';
      }

      and patch like this:

      if ($engine === null) {
      $engine = 'InnoDB';
      }

      save the changes, and then you should be able to successfully connect your Cloud SQL database with Qloapps.
