      Hi,
      The issue you're facing appears to be related to the PHP mail function, which can sometimes result in delays or failures when sending emails.

      To resolve this, we strongly recommend switching to an SMTP service for sending emails, as it is faster and more reliable. This change will help ensure better email delivery and reduce issues related to payment notifications.
      Additionally, to prevent timeouts during transactions, We suggest increasing the Execution time from 120 seconds to 300 seconds.

      Minimum booking of 7 nights:
      This can be achieved using the Length of Stay feature in Room type section of QloApps.

      Booking allowed only on Saturday:
      This functionality is not available currently in QloApps.

      Hi @murjangroups ,

      You can change the admin login URL by renaming the admin folder.

      Steps:

      Go to your QloApps root directory.

      Rename the existing "admin..." folder to anything you want.

      Reference After renaming, open the renamed admin URL in the browser.

      Just type the renamed admin folder name in the browser tab to access the admin panel.

      @chiragsoni2401 I had an issue with PayPal. It was not displaying at the checkout after correct setup. Finally solved the issue: currency. PayPal supports only certain currencies. At checkout change the currency to USD and see if the issue persists.

      In QloApps, we provide an addon called QloApps Custom Registration Fields, which allows you to collect customized information from your customers.

      With this module, you can easily add new fields to the Customer Registration Form and gather all the information you need.

      We have tested the invoice generation feature on our end, and it is working properly without any timeout or error. The issue is related to your server environment, most likely due to timeout limits, missing dependencies, or other server-side restrictions.

      Regarding the mail configuration, the PHP mail function does not work properly in some scenarios.

      We recommend switching to the SMTP method instead for better reliability.

      To update your mail settings:
      1.Log in to your QloApps Back Office.
      2.Go to Advanced Parameters โ†’ E-mail.
      3.Select Use my own SMTP parameters.
      4.Enter your SMTP server details and click Save.
      5.Send a test email to confirm itโ€™s working.

      Hi @Shakespeare,

      This issue occurs because, starting from MariaDB 10, there are changes in how values are typecast internally. In this case, integers are being typecast to strings when fetching permissions, which leads to conflicts and results in the Access Denied warning even when the profile has all permissions.

      The current latest version of QloApps (v1.6.1) supports PHP 7.4 and MySQL 5.7. To install QloApps on your system, youโ€™ll need to ensure compatibility with these versions.

      Although weโ€™ll be releasing a new version of QloApps soon, which will support PHP 8.0 and MySQL 8.0.
