@maurice Hi. We tried to track the issue at our end but we neither found this issue nor any of our clients have ever raised it.
This issue seems to be specific to your configuration so we will need to check it on your server. And for that we will need your FTP details, QloApps back office login url and admin login credentials.

Please contact your hosting provider regarding database connection issues.
QloApps stores database credentials in file: qloapps_root_dir/config/settings.inc.php
Be cautious while editing this file because it may cause irrecoverable loss.

If you have modified this file please replace the following functions in it with those in the attached file.

@heartvalley Hi. The order confirmation email is sent when an order is created by the customer.
In file PaymentModule.php, the code after line number 843 (may vary) creates data for the mail template and the mail is sent using Mail::Send().
You can modify PHP code and templates to suit your needs.

The Our Rooms section on the landing page is displayed by core module Display Hotel Rooms. If disabled or uninstalled all its available settings become inaccessible. Please ensure if this module is installed and enabled.
