Significance of Checkin Checkout time

In the hotel managed hotel page of admin we are defining the checkin and checkout times . Unfortunately I observe that this does not have any effect i.e. the checkout automatically happens i.e. the room gets freed on the checkout date irrespective of the checkout time defined here. For example if checkin is defined as 14:00 Hrs and checkout at 12:00 hrs and if a checkin happens say on the 8th at say 2 pm and the customers checkout is defined as on the 9th , then on 9th at 00:00 hrs the room gets released , should the room not get released on the 9th automatically at 12:00 hrs unless the customer explicitly checksout before that.
Am I missing something -

Please note that the checkout date is always available for booking and is not dependent on the check-in and check-out times, as these are managed by the hotel.
Example:

Suppose you have one room in your hotel, with a check-in time of 2:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM.

If a guest books the room from August 9th to August 10th, the room will be available for booking on August 10th.

This is because the first guest will check out by 11:00 AM on August 10th, allowing the next guest to check in at 2:00 PM on the same day.
Important: The check-in time is always later than the check-out time.
If there are changes in the check-in and check-out time, it will be handled at the hotel end.

@Aman-deep-sharma Hi the issue is the room gets freed on the date of checkout and not after the time of checkout i.e. after 11.00 am shouldnt it get freed based on the global checkout time setting ? if not what is the significance of this setting.

We would like to inform you that the rooms booked by your guests will be free on the date of checkout only irrespective of the checkout time in QloApps.
This helps to free the room for booking on checkout day by another guest.
The check-in and check-out times are managed by the hotel only.
The check-out time of the hotel will always be less than the check-in time.
The significance of check-out time is to aware your guest about your hotel's check-out time by displaying it on the website.
