      currently, no template is there for partial payment. You have to follow the below steps to implement :

      You have to create an email template in the hotelcommerce/mails/ folder for the partial payment. (put the email template in all language folders) Then you have to attach that email Template with the status by checking "Send an email to the customer when his/her order status has changed". Now you have to append data for the partial payment email. Mails are sent from function sendEmail() (line number : 410) in the class hotelcommerce/classes/order/OrderHistory.php. So you have to set the data (Data will be depended on what is needed in the partial payment email template created by you) here. If you do the above steps correctly you will be able to send email successfully.

      @freedomoclock It looks like some server related configuration issue or .htaccess file issue.
      Firstly, I recommend you to please contact your hosting provider regarding this.

      If issue remains unresolved please raise a ticket at https://support.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/ and provide your FTP details and admin login credentials in the ticket so that we can check it on your server.

      To customize FB, Twitter and google plus links you have to configure social networking block.

      For that go to modules and services and search social networking block, and click on the configure button.

      From there you can fill links of your social media accounts.

      Hi @IBS
      Currently, there is no way to update the version. You will have to install the new version and remove the old one.

      But we are working on the "upgrade module" which will be launched within this month. With the help of this month, you will be able to update your QloApps version.

      But please note: when you will update your QloApps version with the help of an update module any customization done on the system will be lost.
      So will have to backup all the customizations before updating the version.

      Your admin credentials are the same email and password that you have entered while installing QloApps. And the admin link will be your URL/the name of the admin folder in your QloApps file.

      The specific price rule is applied when the date specified in the rule is the current date not the booking dates. If you want to provide discount for the booking dates, you have to use feature price plan.

      Currently, you cannot add more fields in the registration form via default functionality of QloApps. It will need customization for that. Please raise a ticket to discuss more.

      Through QloApps’s Feature Price Rules, Admin can set different price plans for the customers depending on the date, date range and days.
      With QloApps’s Feature Price Rule function, Admin can set different price plans as per:

      Specific Date Weekend or Special days Date Range

      To move QloApps, please perform the following procedure: https://webkul.com/blog/move-prestashop-to-new-server/.
      As QloApps is built on PrestaShop, The procedure to move QloApps to another server is similar to that of Prestashop.

      Note: Do not forget to take the backup of files and database. So that in case any issue occurs, you can rollback to the previous state.

      It looks the problem of your browser or server.
      I request you to once clear the cache of your browser and the try to access back-office URL again.

      I also request you to once check the admin folder (in your QloApps directory structure find the folder which name starts with admin) name in your directory structure.
      If admin folder name has changed the try to access that folder from URL "localhost/hrms/admin_folder_name" .

      I also request you to once visit https://www.ionos.com/digitalguide/hosting/technical-matters/err-connection-reset/ and try to resolve issues which may occur this issue on your system.

      Please try once with the above solution.

      while installation allow_url_fopen must be 1.
      In the system compatibility we check ini_get('allow_url_fopen') and it is returning 0 on your server.
      So you can first contact your host provider once regarding this.
      If issue still persists then please create a ticket at https://webkul.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/ and provide us with URL on which you are instatlling QloApps and FTP details in that ticket.
