      @heartvalley We do offer a feature in which you can display additional facilities and sell them along with your rooms. The customer will be able to select the service or a product to the cart from the Room type page or the checkout page.

      But if you want to just sell tickets which will be available for just one day then there will be a custom development required and it is up to you if want to do it yourself or want our help.

      In QloApps permissions are managed hotel-wise, employees can only access data for the only hotel they have permission.

      In the case of customers, an employee and only see customers who have created an order in the hotel they have permission for.

      Right click on the website's page, and choose Page Source. In the new window that appears, use the “find” feature (Ctrl + F on a PC or Command + F on a Mac), and type in RSS. You'll find the feed's URL between the quotes after href=.

      @heartvalley Hi. The order confirmation email is sent when an order is created by the customer.

      The responsible function to send order confirmation email is validateOrder() in file qloapps_root_dir/classes/PaymentModule.php. The html and txt email templates for the same are:
      qloapps_root_dir/mails/en/order_conf.html
      qloapps_root_dir/mails/en/order_conf.txt

      In file PaymentModule.php, the code after line number 843 (may vary) creates data for the mail template and the mail is sent using Mail::Send().
      You can modify PHP code and templates to suit your needs.

      There is no new version is released for QloApps for this PayPal module.
      You can use the current version with suggested changes in the previous replies.

      Hi,

      Regarding your first question, yes you can allow payments in customer currency by choosing the option Customer Currency for Paypal under currency restrictions.

      And regarding payments being converted to AUD before payment, yes it is possible to make changes in the flow of the module to get the amount converted to any currency. If you are comfortable with programming you may make the changes yourself or may ask us to do it for you.
