We are about to launch a new version of QloApps which will have the option to remove the "Select Hotel" field from the Search Panel of QloApps.
Once it is released you can download and install it.

Yes, this function is in our future plans. But right now, QloApps do not support hourly booking. Although it is in our roadmap and we will bring this feature in QloApps but it will take a significant amount of time.
