In QloApps, we only gather data about customers whether they want to receive a newsletter or not.
We do not compose or send newsletters.
We just take the customer preference and save it.
The way of sending a newsletter totally depends on the admin.

If you only want to change the content, then you can easily change it from the "Translations" tab.

But if the booking process is different then there will be a need for customization.

To customize FB, Twitter and google plus links you have to configure social networking block.
For that go to modules and services and search social networking block, and click on the configure button.
From there you can fill links of your social media accounts.
