      Hi @abbasi

      Yes it is live and you can use the QloApps 1-Click Upgrade module to upgrade you QloApps to its latest version.

      Important Note: If you have made any custom modifications to your codebase, please ensure you create a backup before upgrading. After the upgrade process, all custom changes will be overwritten and you will need to reimplement them again.

      This is not a default feature of QloApps. So we cannot do it by configuring the backend of the system.
      The requirement can be achieved by customizing the system.

      When you search for a room for a date range in Book Now section of QloApps at the back end under Hotel Reservation System Tab and no room is available for any room type but some rooms of same room type or different room types are available on specific dates in that date range so that you can create a booking by combining those rooms for that date range then these rooms are partially available rooms.
      Let me explain the concept with the help of an example.

      I searched for a room from 1st Jan to 10th of Jan in the Book Now section.

      I found that there is no room available for this date range.

      But Room A-102 of General Room type is available from 6th Jan to 10th Jan
      https://prnt.sc/lrzrfy

      and B-101 of Delux Room type is available from 1st Jan to 5th Jan.
      https://prnt.sc/lrzt28

      Then instead of turning a guest down, I can offer him these two partially available rooms for the whole date range.

      This is the concept of Partial Availability.

      And Unavailable rooms are those rooms which are not available at all in the given date range.

      You use QloApps APIs you will have to go to Advanced Parameters --> Webservices. https://prnt.sc/qr405g

      Currently, we do not have such a technical doc that provides info on how to do the integration.

      But you can refer to the Prestashop docs as QloApps is originated from Prestashop.

      This issue might occur because of server request timeout.

      Please make sure your server is configured with the recomended setting for QloApps : https://qloapps.com/install-qloapps/#section-8
      Make sure to set server max_execution_time to 500.

      If the issue still persist, do let us know.

      It looks the problem of your browser or server.
      I request you to once clear the cache of your browser and the try to access back-office URL again.

      I also request you to once check the admin folder (in your QloApps directory structure find the folder which name starts with admin) name in your directory structure.
      If admin folder name has changed the try to access that folder from URL "localhost/hrms/admin_folder_name" .

      I also request you to once visit https://www.ionos.com/digitalguide/hosting/technical-matters/err-connection-reset/ and try to resolve issues which may occur this issue on your system.

      Please try once with the above solution.

      There can be multiple reasons behind this depending on the conditions you defined for the rule.
      Please check the validity of the voucher or if you have applied any restriction on room type or customer group.
      Also, check how total vouchers and per person vouchers are available.

      Right now you cannot inactive a room for some hours. You will have to inactive the dates on the basis of dates only.
      But if you want then we can customize QloApps for you.

      As I mentioned earlier also that for those fields whose translation does not exist by default system show those fields in default language rather than showing them blank.
      And the only way around is to translate those fields manually.

      Using the changes in the link will change the view, but you will need to make changes that are for image panel only, do not make changes that are not relevant to images panel.

      The upgrade module will not clean the database, all the data created such as rooms, images, pricing, facilities, etc. will be saved.
      The upgrade module will only discard the changes done in the code and add all the new features.
