The images that you upload in the Hotel Amenities Block under Hotel Reservation System Tab---> Settings (https://prnt.sc/pmk2q2) will be shown only under Amenities Block on the front (https://prnt.sc/pmk3it).
If your uploaded images are not showing up then try to clean your browser cache.
Also please clear the system cache from Advanced Parameters ---> Performance
