There is no such issue in the SMTP of QloApps.
I suggest you check the spam folder of your mail to confirm whether you are receiving emails in the spam folder or if you are unable to receive emails even in the spam folder as well.
In either case, you are facing this issue due to your mail services.
Therefore, In both situations (if you are receiving email in the spam folder or unable to receive email), we suggest you contact your mail service provider regarding this issue.
