      Hello ,

I had installed the app on a hosted server, everything works fine , i was using
the numerical IP to access the server , then I created domain name , and dns
records OK , installed certbot OK

      but now :

access to https://my.servername.com/qlo/index.php : get a "too many redirect" error
      access to https://my.servername.com/qlo/admindir/ :works fine
      access to https://my.servername.com/anything_else/ :works fine

      -cleared browser cache
-try another browser : same error
      -checked database qlo_shop_url ok
      -checked .htaccess ok
      -checked in SEO-URL page ok
-checked apache config virtual server name ok
no errors raised in apache log
      sample access log :
      [13/May/2024:17:07:16 +0000] "GET /qlo/ HTTP/1.1" 301 639 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/113.0"
now running out of ideas ..

      any help will be welcome

If your hosting provider supports SSL, make sure to activate it from Preferences > General Tab following the below steps.

        1. Enable SSL
Click on the link to enable the SSL.

        2. Enable SSL on all pages
After enabling SSL you will be able to enable SSL on all pages. So enable SSL on all pages.

@lbo Just unrelated question, but if I may ask, what suitable hosting provider do you use? Is it a VPS? I am looking into possible providers
