      I suggest you go through this guide carefully: https://qloapps.com/install-qloapps/
      And please make sure your server configuration is compatible with QloApps. The required server configurations are also given in the guide.

      Then try to install fresh QloApps once again.

      If still, you face any issue then please share your FTP details and the URL on which you are trying to install QloApps on the ticket.

      @sujatha Yes, you can... Just change the name of the admin folder present in the hotelcommerce folder.

      Then the URL of your back end will be something like www.website.com/adminfoldername

      The issue is not related to the robot.txt file generation.

      It looks like you have changed the physical URI from Preferences->SEO & URLs tab https://prnt.sc/mwd5tj. And you are using the wrong URL to access the site.

      For the solution of this issue please replace the attached file on this path:

      hotelcommerce/modules/wkhotelroom/views/templates/hook/hotelRoomDisplayBlock.tpl

      After replacing the file on the mentioned path, please clear the cache of the system. Once you clear the cache then only the changes will appear.

      To clear the cache please follow these steps:

      Goto Advanced Parameters Tab ---> Performance

      On this page you will find the button to clear the cache.

      Once you have cleared the cache the changes will start to appear on the front and you issue will be resolved.

      There can be two ways to manage the Dormitory Rooms one free and one Paid.

      The Free Way,
      Go to the Catalog tab--> manage room types
      Then click on Add New Product to create a room type.
      Now while creating the room types in the configuration section add as many rooms as you have beds in this dormitory.
      That is considered a bed as a room.

      But the issue in this way is if you have multiple dorms then you will have to create multiple room types in the system .And will have to manage each dorm separately.

      This will also create a problem if have listed your properties on various OTAs and want to manage them through a Channel Manager.

      That is why we suggest the Paid Way.
      We will customize QloApps for you so that it will start supporting the Dormitory Rooms.

      This issue comes because of the MySQL version.
      We are working on it and this issue will be resolved in our next version of QloApps releasing soon.

      But for now, please replace the attached file on this path: hotelcommerce/install/data
      Then try to install QloApps again, you will be able to install QloApps successfully.

      You will have to install QloApps again to update your version.
      so if you do not have live data then please install the latest version of QloApps all along.
      And if you have live data and you want to update your QloApps then you can opt for our QloApps Upgrade Package.

      No, right now there is no additional theme for QloApps nor there are any tools to create a theme for QloApps.
      Prestashop themes will get installed on QloApps but the result will not be satisfying for you as there is a lot of difference between an e-commerce platform and hotel commerce platform.

      Yes, we are working on the new version of the PayPal module. We will release it with our new version of QloApps. And this will take approximately a week.
      If you can wait for the next version of QloApps then it is okay and if you want an urgent solution then we can add any payment gateway of your choice to QloApps. And it will be a Paid Service.

      Right now we do not of the show the room number to the of the room booked by the customer to the customer as it is the general format of the industry. Although the admin can manage it from the back end.
      But if you want then we can show the room number to the customer.
      And this will be a Paid Customization.
      The cost of customization will depend on the effort required to finish the task. And for that, we will have to discuss requirements in details so that we can provide you exactly what you want.

      Yes, we do have an in-house SMS notification module.
      With the help of this module, you can send the SMS notifications to your guests on new bookings and status updates.
      And by default, this module has three SMS service providers Plivo, Twilio and ClickSend.

      Hi,
      Right now, we do not have dev docs for QloApps. So we suggest to every developer to take the help of Prestashop dev docs. If you know Prestashop then you will also be able to develop on QloApps.
      But the payment gateways development will be a bit different. We made some small changes while managing the pricing in QloApps. So you will have to keep a check on that.
      Now regarding the Prestashop Modules,
      We have made changes in Prestashop codes to make it compatible with the hotel industry.

      So the PrestaShop modules might not work in the QloApps. But if need some sort of functionality then please inform us we will suggest you the best possible way.

      To edit the dummy text on the Contact Us Page

      Please follow the following steps to change the content of Contact us Page.

      The Description of Contact Us page is static. So to change it you will have to visit the translation section.

      Go to the Localization Tab and select Translation in the drop-down https://prnt.sc/l21qj8

      Select the Type of Translation (here select front office as you want to change the front office content)https://prnt.sc/m2yoz0

      Now select Hotel Theme in the theme section and choose English in the language section and click in Modify

      Now search for Contact Form fieldset. And in that fieldset, you will find the strings that you can change to change the Contact Us page description. https://prnt.sc/m2yqxx

      Then click on save and the content will be changed.https://prnt.sc/m2yrca

      The other content on contact us page is dynamic. It shows the details of your hotel your enter at the back end.

      The Navigation Menu cannot be edited to right now in QloApps v1.3.1 but in our next version which is going to release soon, you will have the option to edit the navigation menu.
      If you want to edit the navigation menu then you will have to make the changes in the core files

      To add Google Maps

      First, you will need to Hotel Reservation System--> Settings --> Hotel General Settings

      Then on this page, you will find the Google Maps settings https://prnt.sc/maw9pk

      Enter your Google API Key here and enable the Google Maps on your website

      Now when you add or edit a Hotel in Hotel Reservation System--> Manage Hotels you will find the Map to drop your location https://prnt.sc/mawcar

      Once you have entered the hotel's location on the map it will start showing up at the contact us page https://prnt.sc/mawdpe

      We manage permissions in QloApps. You can create Profiles with different types of permissions and assign these profiles to your employees.
      So that admin can give a different type of permissions to different employees.
      We manage permissions on the basis of menus and modules so that you allow or restrict your employees to access certain menus and modules.
      And right now, we do not manage the permissions on the basis of Hotels.

      But your requirement is completely feasible and we can add this feature to QloApps as a Paid Customization.
      So I recommend you to raise a ticket so that we can have a discussion on this.
