QloApps is an independent platform just like Wordpress. So you cannot setup QloApps on Wordpress but these two platforms can be integrated to suffice your needs.
There are two approaches possible for this,
1- The free one: You can give a Book Now button on your Wordpress website and install QloApps on your sub-domain.
On clicking this button the customer will be redirected to QloApps website. Then he will be able to make the booking on the QloApps system.

2- The Paid one: We can integrate QloApps and Wordpress. So that the booking will be done from your Wordpress website only.

To resolve the issue,

Please set 'allow_url_fopen = On' and 'allow_url_include = On' in php.ini

Also please make sure that there issue no issue in your internet connection because many times this error arises due to a connection problem.

Also, make sure that your server configuration is compatible with QloApps. You can find the required configuration in this guide.

This issue generally arises because of the sql_mode variable value of your database.
We have resolved the issue. Please download a fresh QloApps and replace attached files in the below paths respectively.

hotelcommerce/classes/db/DbPDO.php hotelcommerce/install/data/db_structure.sql

After replacing the files install QloApps again.
Hope it will be installed successfully.

Right now in QloApps, the bookings are made on per night basis not on per person.

Right now when an order is created on QloApps only customer receives a mail.
So if you want the admin to receive the mail on order creation then it will be a Paid Customization.
Also please inform on what instances you want the admin to receive the emails.

You can assign a room to a hotel when you create/edit the room. Once you have assigned the room to a hotel then you cannot change it.

To assign a room to a hotel you will need to go to Catalog Tab--> Manage Room Types--> Add/Edit a room
Now at the next page appears, go to Configuration Tab and select the Hotel.

@sujatha Yes, you can... Just change the name of the admin folder present in the hotelcommerce folder.

Then the URL of your back end will be something like www.website.com/adminfoldername

The issue is not related to the robot.txt file generation.

It looks like you have changed the physical URI from Preferences->SEO & URLs tab https://prnt.sc/mwd5tj. And you are using the wrong URL to access the site.
