      To enable redirecting your website to https you only need to enable SSL in your shop.
      QloApps automatically changes the .htaccess to allow redirection to https, so you need not required to add rewrite rules in your server config file.

      To enable SSL please follow the following steps.
      At the back end, GoTo Preferences Tab and Select General in the drop-down menu. https://prnt.sc/l41djt
      Now, click Yes for Enable SSL and click on Save. https://prnt.sc/mq81cd
      Now click Yes to Enable SSL on all Pages. Click Save and reload the page, it should work. https://prnt.sc/mq82h0

      QloApps only regenerates the .htaccess file in between #start and #end tags and will keep the changes done after the #end tag, when you change SEO & URL setting.

      You need to set the document root to /var/www/html/hotelcommerce.
      Make sure your rewrite module is enabled and .htaccess file is present inside web directory

      Yes, we can integrate any payment gateway module to QloApps you required. And it will be a Paid Service.
      The cost of the service depends on the efforts required to integrate the payment gateway.

      But, we are also running an offer for our customers. If you buy any of our QloApps services billing to a minimum of 750 USD in total then we will integrate one payment gateway of your choice to QloApps for free.

      Note:

      You will have to provide the APIs of payment gateway for the integration if they are not open publically. And if the APIs are publically open then please share the link.

      There can be multiple reasons behind this depending on the conditions you defined for the rule.
      Please check the validity of the voucher or if you have applied any restriction on room type or customer group.
      Also, check how total vouchers and per person vouchers are available.

      This issue may occur because of cache.
      So you can try once by clearing cache of browser or try login from an incognito window.

      If issue still persists then please create a ticket at https://webkul.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/ and provide us with your Admin login details (URL and credentials) and FTP details in that ticket.

      The images that you upload in the Hotel Amenities Block under Hotel Reservation System Tab---> Settings (https://prnt.sc/pmk2q2) will be shown only under Amenities Block on the front (https://prnt.sc/pmk3it).

      If your uploaded images are not showing up then try to clean your browser cache.
      Also please clear the system cache from Advanced Parameters ---> Performance
      (https://prnt.sc/pmk6qa)

      @ksu Creating different room types will create issues in inventory management. She only has a single room type so if she created a different room type then it will make the inventory more than the actual inventory present.
