We cannot confirm the exact problem but It looks like there must be some internal configuration on the server such as config.ini file.
Please create a ticket at https://support.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/ and provide us your FTP details and admin login credentials. So that we check it on your server.

Okay, you need a CallBack kind of feature so that a user can enter the name and number and request a callback.
This has to be customized in the system.

Once you clicked on to proceed on the guest checkout and got to the payment part then you cannot change the email address.
