      We are planning to improve the reporting module for hotel owners and would like your recommendations on the best approach.

      Could you please advise how we can provide comprehensive reports for hotel owners, including the following?

      Daily sales report (room revenue, restaurant, and other services)
      Monthly sales summary
      Daily and monthly expense reports
      Credit/outstanding payment reports
      Profit & Loss (P&L) report
      Cash vs. bank collections
      Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR reports
      Payment method breakdown (cash, card, online, credit)
      Dashboard showing key KPIs for hotel owners
      Comparison of daily/monthly performance with previous periods
      Export options (Excel/PDF)

      Please also let us know:

      What reports are already available in the system?
      What additional data or development would be required?
      What would be the estimated timeline for implementing any missing reports?
      Do you have any recommendations or best practices for hotel owner reporting?

        We recommend reviewing the existing Dashboard and Stats sections first, as QloApps already provides several reports and statistics that may cover some of your requirements.
