In current version, the after order booking data is not managed properly so the rooms do not get free once an order is canceled.
So you will have to go to the order which is canceled and delete the rooms in that order.

But we are working on this issue in our new version and hopefully, you will get the solution in the upcoming version which will be launch very soon.

We have commented the shop_address in to show relevent info. You can uncomment the address line of code and comment out a single column to show the address (https://prnt.sc/u4tibj).

Also you need to provide the address in the back office Preferences->store contacts (https://prnt.sc/u4tn3h)

To create booking from back office there is a different process.
Please visit https://qloapps.com/qlo-reservation-system/#section-28 for the detailed process to create booking from back-office(on-desk).

Issue - Property Category->link_rewrite is empty.

It looks like you are using accented (non-latin) characters in the city, state names while creating Hotel.
So for this, you have to enable the "Accented URL" option from Preferences -> SEO & URLs tab https://prnt.sc/rygvjh.

After this save the hotel again and try to search again.

This is not a default feature of QloApps. So we cannot do it by configuring the backend of the system.
The requirement can be achieved by customizing the system.

Also while installing the system asks to choose the desired language. Please select the language in which you want to install the system from there.

Please increase the value of memory_limit to 500 once on your server and try to upload the images again.

Currently, our QloApps Marketplace does change our front end design. But our theme is very flexible. You can change the content of the front page to make it look like a Marketplace.
You can change the headings, descriptions, and images of different blocks of the front page and that will do the job.
Many of our customers are successfully doing it and they are happy with it.

Apart from that, we are also working on a theme for our Marketplace. But how much time it will take cannot be confirmed right now.

So if you want a theme urgently then you can contribute it to the community yourself. We will love that.

And you want us to make a theme form us then raise a ticket.
