We will need some of your credentials to check the issue on your side.
So we will continue discussion on this issue on your created ticket.
This issue may occur because of cache.
So you can try once by clearing cache of browser or try login from an incognito window.
If issue still persists then please create a ticket at https://webkul.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/ and provide us with your Admin login details (URL and credentials) and FTP details in that ticket.
We will have to check the issue on your system. So we will need your FTP details and QloApps backoffice Admin Credentails.
