Create a feature price for high season

Hi,
I need help for creating a feature price on a date range. I went to the settings in the "hotel reservation system" tab, then went in "Feature Price". But when I try to create a feature price this message appears "Some error occured while saving feature price rule." I filled every inputs fields with correct information, chose a "Fixed Price" and all but still that error appears and keep me from creating this high season price.
Anyone already had this problem?

I tried to replicate the error at my end but I did not get such an error.
So this can be a specific error only you are facing. We will have to check it on your server. So we will need your FTP details, QloApps back office URL and admin credentials.

Well, then I suggest you to first move your system to a public server, only then we will be able to help you out.
