To integrate QloApps with any platform you will need to do the API integration.
You will need the APIs of both platforms so that both the platforms can exchange data with each other.

In order to use forms in cms pages, you must enable "Allow iframes on HTML fields" and disable "Use HTMLPurifier Library" (https://prnt.sc/tcsx77) from Preferences -> General

Also while using mailchimp embedded form you must "Disable All Javascript" (https://prnt.sc/tcsyaz) as script tags are not allowed in TinyMCE text editor.

We cannot confirm the exact problem but It looks like there must be some internal configuration on the server such as config.ini file.

Please create a ticket at https://support.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/ and provide us your FTP details and admin login credentials. So that we check it on your server.

Okay, you need a CallBack kind of feature so that a user can enter the name and number and request a callback.

This has to be customized in the system.
