      @jrabah, Currently we do not have the feature to set the price of the rooms based on the length of the stay in our default system.

      This feature is already included in our roadmap and it may be available in the next major release. But we cannot quote any specific time right now.

      I know, you know who it is and that it's malicious. The point of this exercise is to kill them with kindness and bend over backwards to make them happy, which you will never be able to do, which shows how unreasonable and crazy they are. It's also a chance to show that they were never a client or customer...which basically negates the bad review as the ramblings of a crazy person.

      @elearning We have checked that there is no issue in sending Test emails if default language is Traditional Chinese.

      Please make sure that you have set proper configuration options on Advanced Parameters > E-mail > EMAIL section.

      Also, if you are using SMTP credentials for email, make sure that you enter the correct values.

      Hi @hitchcocknz,
      In the default QloApps, You create room types and assign different rooms under them. When a guest books a room type then rooms of that room type are booked.
      So rooms are booked under a room type for a booking in QloApps.

      But as per your requirement, you want to book bunk/beds in a room.
      So we recommend you follow the below process:

      Create a room type for a room Create rooms for your bunks.

      Now your guests can purchase the number of rooms (which are bunks in your system) of a room type (which is room in your system) then automatically bunks will be booked of your room in your booking platform.

      This will allow you to implement per bunk/bed booking system in QloApps.

      Please allow me to explain the default scenarios by which customers can register in the QloApps.

      Registration from the login page

      Registration while Checkout

      1. Registration from the login page

      On the login page, the customers can register with address or without an address.

      1.1 Registration from login page without Address

      For this, you have to change the Registration process type setting from the back office.

      Under the Preferences tab > Customers > General, change the Registration process type to Only account creation.

      After this, on the login page, the customers can log in without entering the address.

      1.2 Registration from login page with Address

      For this, you have to change the Registration process type setting from the back office.

      Under the Preferences tab > Customers > General, change the Registration process type to Standard (account creation and address creation).

      After this, on the login page, the customers can register with the address.

      2. Registration while Checkout

      Guests who are not already registered on the system can register at the checkout page with or without an address.

      2.1 Registration at checkout page without Address

      For this, you have to Disable the Address creation during checkout from the back office.

      Under Preferences tab > Customers > General, disable Address creation during checkout

      After this, at the checkout page, the customers can register without entering the address.

      2.2 Registration at checkout with Address

      For this, you have to Enable the Address creation during checkout from the back office.

      Under Preferences tab > Customers > General, disable Address creation during checkout

      After this at the checkout page, the customers can register with the address.

      How can I make email and password optional

      You have to Enable the guest checkout setting from the back office to allow customers to checkout without a password.

      Under Preference > Order > General > Enable Guest Checkout

      Currently, we have only per-day pricing in QloApps. As of now, occupancy wise pricing is not supported but this feature is in our roadmap. Currently, we cannot give you any strict deadline for it.

In fact, many businesses prefer this approach as it allows them to review and approve bookings on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that they can accommodate each request in the best way possible.
