      To remove demo button from dashboard you will need to comment page_header_toolbar_btn property with "switch_demo" key from AdminDashboardController.php.

      To remove recommended modules button from the dashboard, create a new override function addPageHeaderToolBarModulesListButton() in AdminDashboardController.php.
      In that override function simply return false to override the addition of recommended modules button.

      It seems you are using the wrong URL to access the admin panel. Try opening http://localhost:8001/admin/

      Also if you have opened the admin panel once, the admin URL would have been updated for security purpose. so I request you to once check the admin folder (in your QloApps directory structure find the folder whose name starts with admin) and use that folder name for accessing the admin panel : http://localhost:8001/admin_folder_name/

      Kindly follow the steps mentioned below to install the module in your QloApps:

      After purchasing the module from the Webkul store, You will receive the zip file of the module.

      Extract the Zip file and open the folder.

      Here, you will find the module folder. Compress the folder and convert it into the Zip.

      For the sake of completeness, I got the same message but for a different reason. I was running a Virtual machine with too low RAM and it seems that the SQL server was constantly crashing.

      After switching to a higher RAM VM the problem solved itself.

      Currently, QloApps is compatible till PHP 7.4. You can test the software on this version for your project.

      Currently, we are working on QloApps to make it compatible with PHP 8. But we cannot give you an exact deadline for this.

      I'm glad to hear that QloApps has been successfully installed!

      In the QloApps installation guide, the database name provided is just an example. You have the flexibility to set your own preferred database name during the installation process.

      @jrabah, Currently we do not have the feature to set the price of the rooms based on the length of the stay in our default system.

      This feature is already included in our roadmap and it may be available in the next major release. But we cannot quote any specific time right now.

      I know, you know who it is and that it's malicious. The point of this exercise is to kill them with kindness and bend over backwards to make them happy, which you will never be able to do, which shows how unreasonable and crazy they are. It's also a chance to show that they were never a client or customer...which basically negates the bad review as the ramblings of a crazy person.
