      I'm having an issue with my email. None of my test emails are going through, and the system is telling me to check my settings. But I'm not sure which setting is causing the problem. Can you please help me out? I'm using Traditional Chinese as my language. Here's a screenshot. Thanks a lot!

        @elearning We have checked that there is no issue in sending Test emails if default language is Traditional Chinese.

        Please make sure that you have set proper configuration options on Advanced Parameters > E-mail > EMAIL section.

        Also, if you are using SMTP credentials for email, make sure that you enter the correct values.
