It is the issue in MySQL version 5.7. So we recommend you to install lower MySql version like MySQL 5.5 or 5.6 on your server.We have clearly mentioned in the QloApps installation guide about the required version of MySQL. https://prnt.sc/lywj11 .
Please visit https://qloapps.com/install-qloapps/ for installation guide.
currently, To install QloApps successfully, you have to install the compatible version of MySQL with QloApps. (MySQL 5.0+ and below 5.7 )
We really apologize for your inconvenience.

@lilyandy
This issue might be occuring due to webserver timeout.
Please ask your service provider to set webserver timeout to 300ms.Also ensure that your server configuration is set according to recommended QloApps configuration found at https://qloapps.com/install-qloapps/#section-8.
If issue still exists please raise a ticket at https://webkul.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/ and share your FTP details and QloApps credentials.

Thank you!
Since I also asked Synology for help, the result was that the timeout value was too low, Synology also suggested to change it to 300, and I set it to 600 in order to reduce the trouble. So it has been installed normally.In addition, there is another problem, that is, in the translation part of "Localization", the input translation cannot be stored normally...
I have set max_input_vars to 60000, but the translation still cannot be saved as a result. What is the recommended upper limit value of max_input_vars? The translated language is "Traditional Chinese". -
@lilyandy The value of 60000 for max_input_vars is more than enough. QloApps shows warning if this value needs to be increased. What error message do you get when saving translations. Please share the screenshot for more details.
