@frankofem Every version of QloApps provided the full booking process functionalities including payments.
A customer can do bookings and pay for it.
By default, we have enabled Pay by check and Bankwire payment methods in QloApps.
If you want to take online payments then you will need a payment gateway. We have integrated PayPal Payment gateway with QloApps by default but if you need any other payment gateway of your choice then we can also integrate as well.
And it will be a Paid Service.

Now the regarding the currency,
Yes, you can use Naira as your currency in QloApps.
Just go the Localization Section and install Nigeria Localization Pack.
Nigerian taxes, languages and currency can be installed in this pack.

Now as you said, that you want the search on the basis of amenities like cob building, adobe building, permaculture courses, etc.
Although we show amenities of the hotel on the home page of QloApps where you can change the heading and description of the amenities block and the amenities but search on the basis of amenties is entirely different. And you also want to search on the basis of occupancy.
Adding all these features are achievable through a Paid Customization.

Yes, we can absolutely change the date format to MM/DD/YYYY. But it can be only achieved through a Paid Customization as right now we do not have the feature to change the date format in QloApps.

Please increase the value of max_input_vars to 2000 (value greater than the currently required limit).
You can set this variable's value from php.ini or .htaccess file on your server.

The feature of managing the rate of the room on the basis of the number of people staying in the room is not there in QloApps as of now. And the same goes with extra options like halfboard.
These features are in our roadmap and we will add them in our future updates. But right now, we cannot quote a particular time when these features will be added.
So if you want to add this feature in QloApps right now then you can opt for the Paid Customization.

Now, regarding the Last day booking price,
We have Feature price rule in QloApps by which you can increase or decrease the price of the room on specific days or date ranges.
But if you want the rates of the room to vary on the basis of how early or how late a room is booked then that feature is also not there in QloApps right now.
(ex: If booking for the 10th day of the month is done on 9th day then the price will be higher than the prices for the booking if it was made on the 1st day of the month.)
And for this feature also you can go for the Paid Customization.

No, any module developed for Prestashop (such as Reward System Module by Webkul) follows the criterions of e-commerce.
For any Prestashop module to work on QloApps we will have to make it compliant with all the nuances of Hotel commerce which are very different from that of e-commerce.
Hence, we will have to make the Reward system module compatible with QloApps.

The interaction of the Hotelier is very simple with QloApps. QloApps launches their website and enables them to take and manage online bookings.
In the process of hotel booking, the client is not redirected to any other platform or OTA.
QloApps is an independent platform and is sufficient for the hotel booking process and it does not integrate with any other platforms hence if you already have a website then integrating QloApps with it will not be an option.
What you can do is, you can install QloApps on the subdomain and put a " Book Now" button on your website. When a client clicks the " Book Now" button he will be redirected to QloApps and there he can complete his booking.
