Please check of your mail settings,
You might be using the default PHP mail to send emails which does not work properly in some scenarios.
We suggest you to please use SMTP method for sending emails.

To check and update Mail settings,
Log in to the QloApps back office > Advanced Parameters > E-mail tab.

In this tab you can use update SMTP server details to use SMTP instead of PHP mail for sending email.

After saving the details, you can try out to send a test email as well.

Yes, it is possible.

You can use QloApps Service Product feature to achieve this by following these simple steps:

1) Create a "Admin fees" Service Product: Set this up as a separate service product in QloApps.

2) Configure Auto Add to Cart: Change the service product settings so that it automatically adds to the cart when a user books a room.

3) Select Price Display Options: Choose how you want the price to be displayed to your customers.

4) Explore Additional Options: Feel free to adjust other settings as needed, and then save the service product.

You can also edit the price of added "Admin fees" before the final bill of the guest.

Go to the order page.

Select the order you want to edit.

Click on the edit button, then select the services and adjust the price accordingly.

The standard yearly subscription rate is 300 USD per month per property.

However, if you purchase the QloApps channel manager for more than five properties, then the discounted price of the channel manager will be 250 USD per property per month.

Any system has its limitations. And different users may have different needs for a feature.

Currently, in QloApps, Amenities block data have text fields and you can enter only text content into those fields. (HTML is not supported)

QloApps is an Open source solution. you can make changes in the system as per your needs by yourself and use them.

To fix the issue, you can set only set the height and width for iframes. Dynamic height adjustments are not directly supported.

If you need to implement dynamic height adjustments, you'll need to run custom scripts during the iframe loading process to calculate and adjust the height accordingly.

We would like to inform you that the ability to mark a room from check-in to check-out on the same day is not available in the current version of QloApps.

We are soon going to release the next Next Minor Version of QloApps in which we have added this feature as well as various other features.

We request you wait for the release of the next version and use the latest version of QloApps.

Once the latest version is live, you can use our Free QloApps One Click Upgrade Addon to update your default QloApps to the latest version.

Otherwise, you can download and start using the upgraded version of QloApps.

Note: In case you have made customizations in your QloApps, then use of the QloApps One Click Upgrade Addon in such case will erase the customizations.

We will surely announce this on the forum once this version is released.

To change the website logo you need to follow the steps below:
