Check Out Email to admin with fillable invoice for client extra

Am I able to configure the system to send me administrator an email on the check out day with a link to the invoicing system where he can add the number of animals hunted by the guest(s) and the system then generates an invoice automatically with the relevant animals and their pricing and send it to the client.
