It looks the problem of your browser or server.
I request you to once clear the cache of your browser and the try to access back-office URL again.
I also request you to once check the admin folder (in your QloApps directory structure find the folder which name starts with admin) name in your directory structure.
If admin folder name has changed the try to access that folder from URL "localhost/hrms/admin_folder_name" .
while installation allow_url_fopen must be 1.
In the system compatibility we check ini_get('allow_url_fopen') and it is returning 0 on your server.
So you can first contact your host provider once regarding this.
If issue still persists then please create a ticket at https://webkul.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/ and provide us with URL on which you are instatlling QloApps and FTP details in that ticket.
Right now taking Myallocator Plans will be more convenient for you as our Qlo channel manager is not ready yet.
But if still, you want us to connect QloApps directly to your desired OTAs then we can do it as a Paid Service. Please note that you will have to provide the APIs of all the OTAs you want to connect to QloApps.
Please ensure that the owner of the web server is the owner of the directory as well.
If they are not same then make them same and then try to install QloApps. And if still, you face any issue then please inform us.
