Installation error at 12%

Hello,

my installation fails at 12%. It seems like an error occurs during table creation.
So I went to MySQL and looked into the database I am using for qlo and there were a lot of tables with ps_ prefix.

I granted all privileges to the user for qlo before the installation.

Is there anything I can do?

We have never faced this issue in Qloapps. For this, we have to check this on your server.

Please raise a ticket at https://webkul.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/
And on the ticket please share your QloApps Credentials and FTP details so that we can look into the issue.

I have the same problem. I'm installing on a fresh Ubuntu 20.04 server. Each time it gets to the same point approx 12% then fails. Is there anything I can do to get the install complete?

This issue might occur due to webserver timeout.
Please ask your service provider to set webserver timeout to 300

Also ensure that your server configuration is set according to recommended QloApps configuration.

Then try to install QloApps, the issue should be resolved.

@anteestenc i get the same error but i get back and first i check the connection to the database. when it says successful the error goes away.
