      This issue might occur due to the web server timeout. Please ask your service provider to set the webserver timeout to 300

      Also, I would request you to check if the installation requirements are correctly fulfilled.

      1. At the moment other than one slight change that I have city appearing twice in the contact page I'm unable to continue unhindered

      2. How do I amend the URL's so that they're friendlier and I will bind an SSL so not worried about the 8080 part but would like a url as such hotel.com/rooms instead of hotel.com/hotel/#hotelrooomsblock

      In QloApps, friendly URLs are enabled by default and function seamlessly across the website. However, the URL structure "hotel.com/hotel/#hotelrooomsblock" specifically indicates a particular section within the home page which is the web standard to redirect to a section on a page.

      Currently there is not option to rewrite hotel.com/hotel/#hotelroomsblock" to "hotel.com/rooms" in QloApps. You may need to contact your technical service provider to resolve this issue.

      In QloApps admin can rewrite the pages URLs from the Seo&Url tab such as link to products, link to CMS page, link to modules etc.

      3. How do I edit the Contact Us to remove the Our Hotels Section, remove the drop down on the subject of thecontact form so it's a guest input and also edit the Legal Notice section

      i) Reagrding changing Contact Us page

      There is no option to directly edit the Contact Us page. However, if you wish to make changes, you'll need to manually modify the code. You can change the content and functioning by changing the files given below :

      themes -> hotel-reservation-themes -> contact-form.tpl controllers -> front -> ContactController.php

      ii)To edit Legal Notice page follow the steps given below :

      Open the back office of your website Navigate to the "Preferences -> CMS" tab Here, you can locate and edit the Desired CMS page(Legal Notice) by edit option .

      The links to leagal notice and other pages in the footer and navigation section are configured from the Navigation Block module (http://tinyurl.com/2bmk38rl ).

      If you have completed the email setup in QloApps and you remember the email ID that you have used, then you can click on forgot password to reset your password (http://tinyurl.com/yqla3ln9 ).

      You will receive an email through which you can set a new password for your account.

      In case you are unable to reset your password, then we request you to create a ticket and share your server details, website URL, and Database details on the ticket only. Our team will help you further accordingly on the ticket.

      Hi @rmorris,

      QloApps by default supports MySQL version 5.1 to 5.7 for the database.

      We suggest you connect with your service provider and tell them to install compatible MySQL on your server to install QloApps. This will definitely resolve your issue.

      The SumUp checkout require payment scope which is restricted from SumUp end by default, Please check SumUp Documentation.
      Please contact SumUp support to enable payment scope for your account.

      We cannot confirm the exact issue but in your current code snippet we found the following errors

      $appContent is not defined anywhere in the hook. qloAngular_calendar.tpl template is called multiple times which is not required, also the variable $calendarContent is not used anywhere. // The following code is not required as $this->display() function fetches and returns the passed template by default. $calendarContent = $this->context->smarty->fetch($this->local_path . 'views/templates/hook/qloAngular_calendar.tpl');

      We assume that QloApps is already installed, and you are in the process of migrating QloApps to a new URL or domain. Here are the steps to update the URL:

      Access the QloApps back office directly from the new URL. Navigate to Preferences -> SEO tab. In the SEO page, locate the "Set Shop Url" section. Update the website domain and Base URL. You can refer to this screenshot for visual guidance. Once you've updated the URL, check the front end to ensure it works correctly on the new URL.

      If you encounter issues changing the URL through the back office, you may need to update the database directly. Follow these steps:

      Access the PREFIX_shop_url table in the database. Update both the "domain" and "domain_ssl" fields with your new website domain. Update the "physical_uri" field with the base path to your QloApps directory. You can refer to this screenshot for clarification.

      After updating the database table, QloApps should work with the new URL. We recommend updating the domain from the SEO tab as well. This will update configurations and .htaccess files to align with the new URL.

      Hi @vacs03 ,

      Kindly extract all the content of the zip and paste it into the "public_html" folder. After that when you hit your public URL you can you will automatically be redirected to the installation page.

      Or, you can create a subfolder in "public_html" and paste the content of the Zip in it. Then your URL will be https://domain.com/foldername/

      In default QloApps, you can display the hotel location on Google Maps but the price and image slider of the hotel will not be displayed on the map.
