      Hi @irfan,

      Could you please let us know which version of QloApps you are using?
      We haven’t encountered this issue before, and it seems you might not be using the stable version. It looks like you may have downloaded it from the GitHub develop branch.

      We strongly recommend downloading the stable version of QloApps, which you can find here: Download QloApps

      You can also access stable versions on GitHub: QloApps GitHub

      Additionally, please enable Debug mode in your QloApps and try to replicate the issue. Share the screenshot of the error you get after enabling debug mode.

        The version i am using is 1.6.1.0. this is stable version from QloApps.
        I have change the 'PS_MODE_DEV' to true.
        How to get the debug error results? Sorry i am new to php.

          I did a fresh installation and setup. Download from link above, version 1.6.1.0 and its still same, the room not added to card when click Add to Cart.

            Hi @Irfan,

            The issue you're facing hasn't occurred on our end, but we recommend trying the following steps, which might help resolve it:

            • Clear your browser’s Cache & Cookies.
            • Logout from the QloApps back office.
            • Login again and try creating the offline booking.

            Following these steps should potentially fix the issue. If the problem persists, feel free to reach out with any additional details or errors, and we'll continue to assist you.

              Hi, i did all you suggested but the issue still same. I even remove the installation and reinstall.
              Could it be my shared hosting? https://www.dumbapms.com/
              is there anyway i can share login in credential privately.
