PDF Translation Form Not Retaining Saved Entries

Hello QloApps Team,
I am experiencing a problem with the PDF translation section. I entered several missing terms and sentences into the form and clicked “Save.” After the page reloaded, all of my new inputs were gone, and even the previously existing translations were deleted or reset.
It appears that the system is not saving any of the translation data.
Could you please check what might be causing this behavior or guide me on how to fix it?
