Book Now: Disable address requirement

New user, will initially be using back office to manage booking before an online booking launch next season. Is there a way to disable the requirement for a customer address when using Book Now? We only need to collect e-mail and phone numbers (possibly just a postcode) and the address requirement slows down the process when taking phone calls.

In the current version, the address field is mandatory. But in the next version, the address field will be in the Book Now workflow will be optional.

We are working on the next version but cannot quote a time frame right now.
