Customize required field when booking/register

I want to create an account base on phone number, not base on email as some of the "old age" customer is not having an email and I don't want to insert junk email then get a warning that cannot sendemail to that junk address.
Is there any tips for changing that? -

Currently, the backend does not have any configuration for that.

By the way, any news about the new version that allow the room changing to available right after check-out? In the late Octorber i read somewhere in forum that you will publish a version allow it on the first or second week of next month, which is november. -

Yes, we had to add some important fixes and improvements to the system. It is in the testing phase right now and will be released in 1 or 2 weeks.
