installation problem

Hi there, try to install the program in Windows 7 and using XAMMP got this error Installation for Demonstration Data. I did what the instruction says, about the max_execution_time and max_upload_size same with curl other extensions but still got this error, what's missing?
Im using Apache 2.4.41, PHP 7.3.11 and Mysql 5.0. I'm using version 1.4.0 Qloapps.

@Faiz .... and also in the System Compatibility, regarding MCrypt which is not anymore supported in PHP 7.3.11.
