Tax rules

Hi
We can see some pre-defined tax rules like 1%tax, No Tax, 12.5% tax etc. But how can we define new rules? Kindly let me know.

@Faiz I checked this. Yes we can create a tax-group first & then a tax rule. But here again we will have to choose, one of the pre-defined taxes (No Taxes, VAT IN 1%, VAT IN 12.5% etc.) .If I want to add a new tax (Say for 18%, 2.5% 4% etc.) where do I do that?

Hi @sujatha
Once you create tax rule then you can choose it in the pricing section of add/edit room type.
For example,
I created a tax from Localization --> Tax --> Add New Tax (https://prnt.sc/ppjnpi)

Then I created a Tax Rule with this tax from Localization --> Tax Rule --> Add New Tax Rule (http://tinyurl.com/yxac74wk)

Now you can select the tax rule in Add/Edit room type interface (http://tinyurl.com/y346smwm)
