      Hello, I have a fresh Docker install of QLOApps, and connecting to the back office is in general very slow. When you send a request, either to navigate to a different page or to save something etc. It takes a long time for the server to fulfill that request. I've checked both the VPS and the Docker container, neither seems to be a bottleneck. Any ideas?

        Hi @PAlexanderF,

        This issue is related to the server. The possible issues are as follows:

        • Ensured that all services (web server, database) are running correctly within the container.
        • Verified server and container resource usage (CPU, memory, disk I/O).
        • Increased the server RAM to ensure there is sufficient memory available.
        • Considered the possibility of traffic issues affecting performance.

          @Aman-deep-sharma

          I've checked that the resources are all fine, including seeing that there are no limits on the docker container. Also, using curl I can get plain pages in less than a second.

          When I run the docker container on my local, the issues don't show up.

            Hi @PAlexanderF,

            If the issue doesn't occur on local, we suggest you increase the allocated memory on the server where you are running the application.

            Also, please enable the cache in QloApps.

            To enable cache refer to the screenshot: https://webkul.chatwhizz.com/share/screenshot/66c74ff089f0970bda1fce63

            Although we haven't encountered this issue before.

            If the issue persists, please consider creating a ticket at https://support.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/ so that our team can assist you.
