No notification if customer request a refund / cancellation

When a customer requests for a refund or cancellation the only notification that was send is to the customer.
Admin, employee neither hotelier don't receive any notification. Also in the backend no notification is shown -

Yes currently email is send to customer only, but you can view current refunds request from Hotel Reservation System -> manage order refund requests (https://prnt.sc/u2rxcj)
Also we can customize an option to send an email to Admin or employee when refund is requested for you

We are improving this process in the next version and will consider the option to send mail to admin or employees.
