How can we Select No of Guest and Child in Search Form

Is there any ways we can get the drop down of Adults and Child in the Search Form along with Hotel Selection..
Coz as of now Script is taking the Cost as per Max Capacity which we alot in the section..
What if Customer has to choose number of guests and children in form and then get costing.
