QloApps in an independent software.
Although QloApps was forked from Prestashop 1.6.1.1 after that it has its own journey and now it has nothing to do with PS 1.7 -

Well, QloApps is independent as I said. It is not something like a module that can be installed on Prestashop.
Although the two platforms can be integrated via API integration.
