Slow while booking

Dear Team, We have one guest house with nearly 250 rooms. While searching perticular this room mysql taking more than 100% CPU usage and page loading slowly take to 7 to 8 seconds. Is there any remedy for this?
Note: Other guesthouse with less rooms working fast

Steps to duplicate the issue.

1. Login to admin area and click on "Book now"
2. Select the From and To date.
3. Select the Guest house name and click on "Search".

server: Ubuntu 18.04
mysql 5.7
PHP 5.6

Also, tested with 1000 records database and its working fast. But the database with 8000 record the above search page is slow.
