Language menu location

Hello, I am interested to chagen the position of the language menu from the footer to the header or just to add it also to the header.
I the mean time in mobile view, it would be very usefull to have the lanuguage menu as well in the right side mobile menu, not just in the footer.

How can be done all of that?

Yes, you can. But it will require a long process from code end. And right now we do not have to build the dev docs. We are in the process of it.
