Setting Specific Date Range

Hi,
We have a campsite which is only open for 60 days each year, how can I set the pitches (room types) so they are only available for these dates and how, when a client visits the website, only sees those dates to select from?

Thank you for reaching out.
In QloApps, you can manage your campsite's availability by disabling the pitches (room types) for dates outside your 60-day open period. This ensures those pitches will not be bookable for dates beyond that range.
However, please note that the booking calendar on the home page will still display all dates, including the ones outside your open season.
Unfortunately, QloApps does not currently have the option to disable specific dates directly on the calendar, so guests might still see unavailable dates in the date selection.
If you would like to add a feature that hides unavailable dates from the calendar entirely, I recommend creating a ticket with our support team, and they’ll assist you further.

To deactivate a room type in QloApps, please follow these steps:

Navigate to the "Catalog" tab, select "Manage Room Type," and click "Edit" on the room type you wish to deactivate.

Under "Configuration," choose the room number (e.g., Tent Pitch 1) you want to disable, then select "Temporarily Inactive" and click "Add Dates."
NOTE: To completely disable the pitches as a room type for selected dates, you can select "Temporarily Inactive" and click "Add Dates for every pitch.

This process will prevent that room type from being booked during the selected date range.
