Is Qloapps good for a single room-type booking website ?

Hi everyone
I just installed Qloapps on a local server and it looks promising but I still don't know if it's the best solution for my particular needs.
So let me explain what I'm looking to achieve :
I'd like to do a pretty tiny website where the visitor could book a reservation for one room-type (only one room-type, two rooms available) from one hotel (so no need for the visitor to chose from a hotel list as there is only one available).
No need to display anything related to hotels, nor room-types.
The landing page could be the product page (single room-type page).Qloapps is a pretty large solution so i'm wondering if it's worth the work trying to reduce it to my basic needs or if I should just go for an other solution.
Maybe there's a theme around that could help me achieve my goals ?
