SMTP Service Provider for QloApps Booking Emails

Hi everyone,
I'm setting up booking confirmation and guest notification emails in QloApps and would like some feedback on choosing an SMTP Service Provider. Has anyone used iDealSMTP as an SMTP Service Provider for improving email deliverability and reliability?
I'm interested in hearing about real-world experiences, setup tips, and any best practices for hotel booking systems.

For QloApps specifically, setup is usually straightforward as long as your SMTP provider supports standard authentication and TLS encryption.
My recommendation is to run a few deliverability tests before going live. Send confirmation emails to Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo accounts, then verify placement in the inbox versus spam folders.

To configure email sending in QloApps, you first need to set up a professional email service for your business domain.
For example, if your hotel domain is yourhotel.com, you can create an email address such as:
Email Service Provider Options
You can choose any of the following email service providers:
Google Workspace: https://workspace.google.com/
Microsoft 365: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/microsoft-365/business
Zoho Mail: https://www.zoho.com/mail/And many more; you can explore by yourself.
These providers offer business email services using your custom domain.
Steps to Configure SMTP in QloApps
Step 1: Set up a professional email account
Choose an email service provider and create your business email address.
Step 2: Obtain SMTP details
After setting up your email account, request or check the SMTP configuration details from your email service provider.
The required details are:
SMTP Host: Mail server hostname.
SMTP Port: Usually 587 (TLS/STARTTLS) or 465 (SSL), depending on the provider.
SMTP Username: Your email address or account username.
SMTP Password: Your email password or app-specific password, if required.
Encryption Type: SSL or TLS.
Sender Email Address: The email address from which QloApps will send emails.Step 3: Configure SMTP in QloApps
Once you have the SMTP details, you can configure them in the QloApps Back Office email settings.
Please note that QloApps does not automatically provide a third-party email mailbox or SMTP service. You will need to arrange an email service separately.
