@hithere , To remove review filters from the search results page, click on "Configure" in "layered filters and sorting block" under Modules & Services tab on QloApps back office. After clicking on Configure button, just disable "Show Guest Rating Filter" option. Reference screenshots: https://nimb.ws/zEWh0f and https://nimb.ws/FAJ2D4

To discuss the removal process for "stars that showing up when booking rooms", you can create a ticket or email us at support@qloapps.com

            No, Google sucks with this.

But it can go a long way in the eyes of readers when you respond to bad reviews, with an apology, ask what the transaction was so that you can review it and offer to make things right.

I know, you know who it is and that it's malicious. The point of this exercise is to kill them with kindness and bend over backwards to make them happy, which you will never be able to do, which shows how unreasonable and crazy they are. It's also a chance to show that they were never a client or customer...which basically negates the bad review as the ramblings of a crazy person.

To ask Google to remove or delete an inappropriate review from your Business Profile, report the review. Google can remove reviews that violate Google's policies. Important: Before you ask to remove or delete a review, read our reviews policy.
