    Same day checkin and checkout issue

      How do I configure Qlo booking from back end to accept checkin and checkout on the same day. Also as an admin when I change the checkout date after booking the order only the price changes however in the invoice as well as in the reports it shows only the original checkout date. I am using the admin module

        Currently, you can not create a booking with the same check-in and check-out date in QloApps.

        You can only change the status of your bookings from check-in to check-out on the same day.

        Regarding: Also as an admin when I change the checkout date after booking the order only the price changes however in the invoice as well as in the reports it shows only the original checkout date.

        We checked your raised concern and did not encounter any such issue.

        Can you please share the screenshot highlighting the issue that you are facing so that we can check and assist you further accordingly?

                I assume the issue is solved as I did a fresh install with the following changes
                1 I picked the files from github for version 1.6 did notice that there was some file size differences between this one and the on qloapps native download server.
                2 Installled zip extension support for PHP.

                Now the admin module is behaving the way it should. One thing I find is that however the room is not getting released after the checkout date when the status is marked as checked out is there a pointer to this.

                  We believe that you have downloaded the under-development version of QloApps from GitHub rather than the stable version of the software.

                  We request you to always download the stable QloApps V1.6.0 rather than from the development branch using the below-mentioned link.

                  We checked your raised issue on our end in the stable version of QloApps and we are not getting any such problem while releasing the room by marking the status as checked out.

                  Please share the screenshot of the errors and let us know the steps to reproduce the same issue so that we can assist you further on this subject.

                    @Deeksha-Rana Hi The problem is solved I downloaded the stable release from the link that you had sent and did a fresh install. It now works fine. The rooms get released on the checkout date after checkout is done. The only thing we are missing is the ability to checkout on the same day i.e customer checks in the morning and checks out in the afternoon, in which case the room will get released from the next day, as I believe there is a validation where the same date of checkin cannot be used for checkout.

                      We would like to inform you that the ability to mark a room from check-in to check-out on the same day is not available in the current version of QloApps.

                      We are soon going to release the next Next Minor Version of QloApps in which we have added this feature as well as various other features.

                      We request you wait for the release of the next version and use the latest version of QloApps.

                      Once the latest version is live, you can use our Free QloApps One Click Upgrade Addon to update your default QloApps to the latest version.

                      Otherwise, you can download and start using the upgraded version of QloApps.

                      Note: In case you have made customizations in your QloApps, then use of the QloApps One Click Upgrade Addon in such case will erase the customizations.

                      We will surely announce this on the forum once this version is released.
