This issue may occur because of cache.
So you can try once by clearing cache of browser or try login from an incognito window.
If issue still persists then please create a ticket at https://webkul.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/ and provide us with your Admin login details (URL and credentials) and FTP details in that ticket.
